We are currently seeking a contract Associate Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Santa Clara as part of the LG R&D Lab organization.
The Property Manager’s primary responsible is to manage Santa Clara building facility and office operations (General Affair, Assets, Procurement, Office equipment, AV system, UPS service, Facility, etc.). The employee will also be responsible in providing occasional support for executive visits, onboarding, and assisting the company’s Fixed Asset survey semiannually and regular asset management for the Santa Clara office

VIP Support – housing, vehicle, & hotel or restaurant reservations
Asset & Facility Management:
Asset Management – WASP, TAMS, SPMS (check-in/out, 1st half & 2nd half asset survey)
Fixed assets, sample assets management (check-in, check-out, disposal) & survey
Facility Management – office facility check (office supplies, EESH (Energy, Environment, Safety, Health) improve office environment, developing onsite safe and healthy working environment
Procurement Management – Procurement of samples and office supplies for employees
purchasing & managing subscription
Experience and Education:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Asset Management, Procurement, Facility or Operation service experience preferred
Bi-lingual English and Korean verbal skills is preferred
